1 Step

First, take a vessel and sieve the flour in it. Now in flour put salt, 1tbps oil, and baking powder and mix it. Now add water to the flour and prepare a soft dough. Leave the dough at rest for 1 to 2 hours so that the dough sets well. Till the flour is ready, we will prepare the stuffing for momos.

2 Step

To make the stuffing, take a pan, keep it in it to heat the oil. When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped garlic and onion and fry it. After roasting onion and garlic, add chopped vegetables and fry. Now add salt, chili, vinegar, and soy sauce and cook it well for 4-5 minutes. Stuffing for momos is ready.

3 Step

The dough is also well set, let's start making momos. Take small pieces of flour and roll it thin like puris. Add the stuffing to the rolled puri and close it. You can give momos any shape you want. With this much flour, you can make 20-22 momos.

4 Step

Prepare all momos in this way. Now we will steam the momos. To steam, the momos put water in a big pot and keep it for heating. For this, either you have to take a pot of momos, in which four or five utensils are stacked on top of each other. The bottom of the vessel is a bit bigger, filled with water, and the top three or four pots in which the mesh remains. If you do not have a pot to make momos, then you can also use a Dhokla plate or a big steel sieve.

5 Step

Now cook momos in steam for 5 minutes. Do not overcook momos. Now take out the momos plate and leave it to cool. After the momos cool down, take it out in a bowl. When momos are to be served, then fry hot momos.

6 Step

To make fried momos, first heat oil in a pan. Keep in mind that heat the oil on medium heat. After heating the oil, add momos to it and fry till golden brown.
