To make Pav Bhaji, first of all, wash the vegetables. Now put water in a vessel to heat it. Add finely chopped cabbage and peas to it and cook till it becomes soft. Now finely chop the capsicum, onion, tomato, and whatever vegetable you are using.
Now melt 2 teaspoons of butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Now add finely chopped onions and tomatoes and mix well. Now add salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder and mix well. When all the spices are mixed well, add boiled vegetables to it and mash it with the help of a masher. Now add a teaspoon of Pav Bhaji Masala and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili and mix well. Add half a cup of water to it and dilute it lightly. Cook the bhaji till the bhaji mixes well Let it cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the gas after cooking for a while.
Bhaji is ready, take it out in a bowl and garnish with butter and coriander leaves.
