During winter, many people like to eat sweet, due to these winters, today we are going to make coconut laddus of everyone’s favourite. Coconut laddus are sweets prepared from mawa or condensed milk. But laddus made from mawa are very tasty. Coconut laddus are made from both raw coconut and dried coconut. If you use raw coconut, grate it and fry it in 1 teaspoon of ghee. If you are using dried coconut, there is no need to roast it. Coconut laddus are very easy to make at home. Let’s start the recipe for making coconut laddus.

2 Step

To make coconut laddus, first take a pan and add mawa in it and fry it till it becomes light brown. Roast Mawa on medium flame. After roasting the mawa, take it out in a plate and allow it to cool slightly.

3 Step

When the roasted mawa cools down a little, add sugar powder, grated coconut, cashews, almonds, cardamom and mix it well. Keep a little bit of grated coconut we will use grated coconutit for garnishing.

4 Step

After the mixture is well mixed, take little mixture in your hand and make round round laddus. Make all the laddus in this way and prepare them. After making the ladoos, wrap them in grated coconut and garnish them.

5 Step

Coconut laddus are ready, you keep it in an air tight container. You can eat these laddus by 10-12 days.


Instruction
1.Do not let the mixture cool down too much, if this happens, the laddus will not be able to form and start to break.
