First of all Cut the paneer into square pieces. Add the cornflour and maida to a vessel and prepare the batter. Add a pinch of salt to this solution and mix it. Take care solution should neither be thin nor thick
Now place the oil in a pan to heat it. Heat the oil on medium flame. Now put the paneer pieces in the batter. Now take one piece out of the batter and fry it in the oil till it becomes golden.
Now put oil in another pan and after heating the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and fry it. Now add onion and capsicum and cook it. Now pour 1 spoon corn floor in a bowl of water and dissolve the kernels till they finish. Stir this mixture in chili paneer and cook it well. Now add fried paneer pieces and cook for 1 minute. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt, Ajinomoto, black pepper powder and mix well. Keep this low flame for 5-6 minutes to cook. So that all the spices mix well.
Turn off the gas after the spices are mixed. Hot Chili Paneer is ready, take it out in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve piping hot cheese chili and eat.
