First boil water in a vessel and add salt and oil to the water. When the water boils well, PUT noodles to it. Boil the noodles for 15-20 minutes and soften them. The noodles have softened. Now pour oil in a pan and heat it. Now add carrots, capsicum, cabbage and cook the all vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Now add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add noodles, salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and mix it well. If you want, you can also use Ajinomoto in it. Now cook the chowmein on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Veg noodles are ready and take out the noodles in a bowl. Serve hot noodle with chutney or tomato sauce.
